    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing this website or renting a vehicle from Heir Fare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the site or rent a vehicle.

    2. Eligibility

    To rent a vehicle you must be 25 years of age or older, hold a valid driver's license, maintain an active platform account with completed trips in the last 30 days, and have an acceptable driving record. Approval is based on your driving record and platform history, not your credit score.

    3. Rental Period and Payment

    Rentals are offered by the week or by the month, paid in advance. The minimum rental period is one week. Rentals renew at the end of each paid period with no long-term contract required. A vehicle may be returned at the end of any paid week with no penalty. All rates are stated plainly and are quoted as starting prices.

    4. No Security Deposit

    Heir Fare does not take a security deposit. GPS monitoring and hardware security on every vehicle make this possible. This does not relieve the renter of liability for damage, loss, or breach of the rental agreement.

    5. Insurance and Maintenance

    Commercial insurance sufficient for rideshare and delivery use is included in every rate. Routine maintenance is scheduled and handled by Heir Fare at no added cost. Roadside support is available around the clock.

    6. Vehicle Use

    Vehicles are rented for rideshare and delivery use on approved platforms. Unlimited miles are included for that use. The renter agrees to operate the vehicle lawfully, keep it clean and secured, and report any mechanical issue or accident immediately.

    7. Screening and Approval

    Every application is screened before approval. We confirm completed platform trips in the last 30 days and review the driving record. A suspended license, a pattern of at-fault accidents, or no completed platform trips in the last 30 days may disqualify an application. Each case is reviewed individually.

    8. Swaps and Upgrades

    A vehicle may be swapped or upgraded between weeks, subject to availability. A swap or upgrade fee of [$__] may apply.

    9. Liability

    Heir Fare is not liable for loss of earnings, missed appointments, or consequential damages arising from vehicle downtime, service, or repair. Liability for damage to or loss of a vehicle is governed by the signed rental agreement.

    10. Independence

    Heir Fare is an independent vehicle rental company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon, or any other platform.

    11. Changes to These Terms

    Heir Fare may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date below.
