To screen applications we also collect a screenshot of your platform account showing recent trips and a photo of your driver's license.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to screen and approve applications, schedule pickups, maintain insurance and maintenance records, communicate with you, and operate the fleet. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Screening and Verification
We confirm completed platform trips in the last 30 days and review driving records before approving an application. The documents you upload are used solely for verification and are not shared with third parties for marketing.
4. Data Retention
Application materials and rental records are retained for the period required to operate the business and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
5. Cookies and Analytics
This site uses basic cookies and analytics to understand traffic and improve the experience. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising across other sites.
6. Data Security
Every vehicle carries GPS monitoring and remote security. Your personal data is stored with reasonable safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Heir Fare is an independent vehicle rental company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon, or any other platform. We do not share your data with those platforms.
